Coming soon!! Central Ohio club *we have a time and place*

I recently sent out an email to folks here on the forum from the central Ohio area. I am sure I missed plenty of folks so I want to post it here and we can also get any questions or just get a discussion going.

After the email I sent out last week I had a lot of positive feedback on a central Ohio club and I am glad to see so many folks interested. I spoke to NickA and he is thinking a meeting at the end of January to discuss putting the club together. I think Nick pretty much has it ready to go so maybe we will just form the club then. I would like coffee and donuts and for folks to bring finds to pass around and show one another, lets make it FUN!

We dont have a time and date yet but please check back here regularly and we will have something up.

Thats great news Mike, keep us informed I think even some of us down in the Dayton area would be interested in coming up for a meeting occasionally and would possibly join just to support another club.

I would like to be there as well. I am in Norwalk, only an hour and a half away from Columbus. I will be there if there aren't any conflicts.

we have gotten some really good feedback on the central club Idea, I am excited to see it get started! I just spoke to Nick and he is working on getting us a place to meet up. We will let everyone know when we have a place.

No Teverly, It is just south of Sandusky. Takes about an hour 30 - 45 to travel to the middle of the state. Depending on how fast I drive

Well, there is a drag strip in Norwalk, that could explain it.

I actually live very close to it, but have never had the chance to visit it during the races. I hear them racing in the summer time, sometime until 2-3am.
