chippewa lake

Don't know if this qualifies as a lead, but it would be a fantastic site to get permission for:

http://www.forgottenoh.com/Chippewa/chippewa.html

It has been sold and is in the process of being cleared away, which means lots of freshly turned soil and clear detecting.

I checked into this a year or so ago. It is now owned by a church. I spoke with the minister, who wouldn't give me permission himself, but said he would ask the board of directors. He had me draft a large letter asking permission and waving liability and send it to him. He said he would take it to the next board meeting. I never heard a word back and he wouldn't return my phone calls later.'

Just FYI,
Tim
