I used my detector for the first time in my side yard, the house was built in 1916 and my grandmother became the second owner in 1918
Found 30 coins and some trash, 1958 silver dime, 1936 wheaty, 2 clad quarters, 6 clad dimes, and 20 pennies
Not bad for my first time, I think I've learned the machine as the trash became lesser as I hunted and there still is a lot of tones in the yard.
Next: an old farm dating back to the late 1800's, and it's been fenced in and guarded since the 70's, and I have permission.
